What experience are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant business or management disciplines
  • Hands-on experience at senior levels, particularly in our key sectors or
  • Previous management consulting experience in a medium to large consulting firm
  • Process and change management capabilities to introduce new processes and systems

Demonstrated capability to meet project requirements:

  • Ability to review operational problems - process analysis, flow charting, management systems review, behavioural assessment
  • Quantify the problem in terms of cost, waste, lost capacity and lost profits
  • Analyse causes of operational problems and identification of possible solutions
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, training materials, handouts, procedures manuals of the highest standards
  • Work with clients to design and implement management operating systems within their organisations
